Linen is a markdown notes app. Your notes stay on your device. We don’t collect them.
What we store
Notes and folders you create in Linen are saved locally on your device. App settings (sort order, folder layout, onboarding state) stay on your device too.
What we don’t do
- No accounts
- No ads
- No analytics
- No selling your data
- No uploading your notes to our servers
We don’t have servers for your notes.
When you share something
Import, export, copy, and share only happen when you choose to. Linen only touches files and destinations you pick.
Purchases
If you buy optional features, payment is handled by the store you bought from. We don’t see your card details. We may only know whether a purchase is active so the app can unlock what you paid for.
Backups
If your device or backup service saves app data, that’s handled by your device and your backup provider, not by us.
Kids
Linen isn’t aimed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect info from kids.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top will change when we do.
