Delta-V Privacy Policy

Who we are
This policy describes how [Your legal name or developer name] (“we,” “us”) handles information when you use the Delta V mobile application (the “App”) on Apple devices.

Summary
Delta V is built around on device training features. We do not run our own servers for your workout logs or for Ask Vee chat in the way a typical cloud app would. Some optional features use Apple’s systems (such as Health and subscriptions) under Apple’s terms and your device settings.

Information the App processes

  1. Training and profile data you enter
Information you provide in the App may include name, goals, measurements, routines, exercises, sets, reps, weights, and similar workout data. This is stored on your device using Apple’s local storage technologies unless you enable optional features described below.
  2. Ask Vee (on device assistant)
Where available, Ask Vee is designed to use on device processing. We do not operate a separate Delta V cloud to store your Ask Vee conversations for the purpose of training our own models.
  3. Apple Health (optional)
If you connect Apple Health, the App may read or write health related data in accordance with the categories and permissions you approve in Health settings (for example, workouts or body measurements). That data is handled by Apple’s Health system on your device and according to Apple’s policies.
  4. Subscriptions (Velocity)
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We receive subscription status through Apple’s systems, not your full payment card number.
  5. Diagnostics
Apple may provide crash or usage diagnostics to developers through Apple tools if you opt in at the system level. We do not describe a separate Delta V analytics SDK here; if you add one later, update this section.

How we use information
We use the information above to provide App features: workouts, history, insights, optional Health sync, and optional assistant features. We do not sell your personal information as a standalone product.

Sharing
We do not sell your workout data. Information may be processed by Apple as part of iOS, Health, App Store purchases, and on device intelligence, under Apple’s privacy policies and your settings.

Retention
Data stored locally on your device remains until you delete it in the App or remove the App, subject to how iOS handles app data. Health data retention follows Health and your choices there.

Security
We rely on Apple’s platform security and your device passcode or biometrics. No method of storage is 100 percent secure.

Children
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the age required in your region). Do not use the App if you are under that age.

International users
If you use the App outside your home country, your information is processed on your device and through Apple services as applicable.

Your choices
You can revoke Health access in the Health app and iOS Settings. You can manage subscriptions in App Store account settings. You can delete app data by deleting content in the App or removing the App.

Changes
We may update this policy. The new version will show a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
