This Privacy Policy explains how Aura Retouch handles information when you use the app.
Aura Retouch is built so your photos stay on your iPhone or iPad. Ctrl Alt Go Ltd does not operate an Aura Retouch account system or an Aura Retouch cloud backend that receives your photos or edits.
Summary

Information processed on your device
When you use Aura Retouch, the following is processed and stored on your device:
– Photos you select in the system photo picker
– On-device face detection and retouch work (including skin, reshape, heal, light, and background blur)
– Edit history and related in-app state for the current editing session
– App preferences, such as whether you have completed onboarding
– Purchase entitlement state needed to unlock paid save and export (sourced from Apple)
This information lives in local app storage on your device. Ctrl Alt Go Ltd does not receive your photos, face data, or edits.
Photos and the photo library
Aura Retouch does not browse your full photo library. You choose a photo through Apple’s photo picker.
If you tap Save Edited Copy, the app asks for permission to add photos to your library and writes a new edited file. That permission is add-only. The app does not replace or delete your original.
If you tap Share / Save to Files, the edited file is handed to the system share sheet. What happens next is controlled by the app or destination you pick.
Face analysis
Aura Retouch uses Apple’s on-device Vision technologies to detect faces and apply retouch tools. Face analysis runs on your device. Face data is not uploaded to Ctrl Alt Go Ltd.
Purchases
If you buy Aura Retouch Pro Weekly or Aura Retouch Pro Lifetime, payment is processed by Apple through the App Store / StoreKit. Apple may process purchase-related information under Apple’s own privacy policy. Ctrl Alt Go Ltd does not receive your full payment card details.
You can restore purchases in the app. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID / App Store subscription settings.
More Apps by Ctrl Alt Go
If you open More Apps by Ctrl Alt Go, the app requests Apple’s public iTunes Lookup catalog for Ctrl Alt Go Ltd apps and may load app artwork from Apple. The response can be cached on your device. That request goes to Apple, not to an Aura Retouch server.
Information we do not collect
Through Aura Retouch, Ctrl Alt Go Ltd does not:
– Require you to create an account
– Operate a backend that stores your photos or edits
– Sell your personal information
– Use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs in the app
– Track you across other companies’ apps or websites for advertising
How we use information
On-device information is used only to provide the app, including:
– Opening a photo you selected
– Showing a preview and applying retouch tools
– Saving or sharing an edited copy when you ask
– Remembering onboarding completion
– Unlocking and restoring purchases
Apple services and third parties
Aura Retouch relies on Apple platforms, including:
– Photos and the system photo picker
– Photo Library add-only access when you save a copy
– Vision for on-device face analysis
– StoreKit / App Store for purchases, trials if offered, and restore
– The system share sheet if you share or save to Files
– Apple’s iTunes Lookup and App Store artwork if you open More Apps
If you use the share sheet, export, or similar system features, content leaves the app only because you chose that action, and is then handled by the destination you select.

Data storage and deletion
Photos, edits, and preferences are stored locally on your device.
Uninstalling Aura Retouch removes the app’s local data from that device, subject to normal operating-system behavior. Edited copies you already saved to Photos or Files remain where you saved them.
Purchase records remain with Apple according to Apple’s policies.
Children’s privacy
Aura Retouch is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information in a way that concerns you, contact us using the details below.
Your choices
You can:
– Deny or revoke Photo Library add permission in iOS Settings
– Decline to save or share an edited copy
– Manage or cancel a subscription through your Apple ID
– Uninstall the app
International users
Aura Retouch processes information on your device. If Apple services (such as App Store purchases or iTunes Lookup) process data, that processing is governed by Apple’s terms and privacy practices.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated policy at https://ctrlaltgo.com/privacy and revise the effective date above. Continued use of Aura Retouch after an update means you accept the revised policy.
