Pixel Fire Lodge is made by Ctrl Alt Go Ltd (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what the app does with information on iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple TV.
The short version
- There’s no account and no sign-in.
- There are no ads in the app, and we don’t track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
- We never see your name, email, Apple Account or payment details.
- To understand which purchases happen, and which of our Apple Ads campaigns led to them, the app shares purchase information with RevenueCat, described below. It isn’t linked to your identity.
Information that stays on your device
Your scene, sound and Customize settings, sleep timer and focus session progress are stored on your device so the app, its widgets and its controls can use them. They are not sent to us. They’re removed when you delete the app.
Purchases
Purchases are handled by Apple. Apple charges your Apple Account and never shares your payment details with us.
The app uses RevenueCat, Inc. to keep records of purchases and subscription renewals for analytics. When the app starts and when you buy or restore, the RevenueCat software in the app sends RevenueCat:
- a random identifier the app creates for this installation, which isn’t connected to your name, email or Apple Account;
- your purchase and subscription history in Pixel Fire Lodge (which product, when, and the price, currency and store country);
- your device’s locale;
- if you installed the app after tapping an Apple Ads advertisement, Apple’s attribution token. Apple uses it to tell us which campaign, ad group and keyword the install came from. It doesn’t include your identity.
We use this information to understand sales and renewals and to measure our Apple Ads campaigns. We don’t sell it, and we don’t combine it with information from other companies to build a profile of you. RevenueCat processes it on our behalf under its own privacy policy (https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy) and data processing terms (https://www.revenuecat.com/dpa), which protect it at least as well as this policy does.
Apple Health
If you allow it, the Breathe feature saves your breathing sessions to Apple Health as Mindful Minutes. The app never reads any of your Health data. Health information stays in the Health app; we don’t receive it. You can stop or remove this at any time in the Health app or in Settings › Privacy & Security › Health.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, focus sessions use them to chime when a break starts or ends. They’re created on your device; nothing is sent to us.
Children
The app doesn’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
Keeping and deleting information
Information on your device is deleted when you delete the app. Purchase records held by RevenueCat are kept for as long as we need them for sales reporting and our legal and tax obligations. To ask us to delete them, or to withdraw your consent, email us at the address below. Because the records aren’t linked to your identity, tell us roughly when you bought and on which device, and we’ll delete any records we can match.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and its effective date.
